We pay on what we collect.
Your commission follows the money. It's cash-basis: we collect from the customer one month and pay your commission the next. We simply don't pay out on revenue we haven't received yet.

Is the commission really recurring?
Yes. You earn 5% of everything your referred account pays us for Quave ONE, every billing cycle, for as long as they stay a paying customer and you stay an active affiliate. It's scoped to Quave ONE specifically; Quave's other business units aren't part of the program.
When do I actually get paid?
The month after we collect from the customer. If they consume in May and pay us in June, your Quave ONE commission for that month is paid in July. It's cash-basis: we only pay on money that has already reached us.
What if the company is already talking to Quave ONE?
Then it isn't a new referral and isn't commissionable. We only credit net-new accounts you genuinely bring in. Just give us a heads-up when you start a conversation so there is no ambiguity about who opened the door.
Is there a minimum payout?
Tiny balances simply roll over to the next month until they are worth a transfer, so neither of us deals with micro-payments. Your partner contact confirms the current minimum when you join.
Do I need to send an invoice?
For most payouts, yes. You claim and invoice your commission, and we'll walk you through exactly how when you are approved.
What happens if I go inactive?
Commission is tied to being an active affiliate. If you stop supporting your accounts and stop bringing relevant new leads over the long run, commissions wind down. Stay in the game and they keep paying.
